Indy Beer was founded January 20, 2008 to introduce people to great beer and great people throughout central Indiana. It has grown into a group of friends, folks, professionals, goof-offs -- all of us Beer Enthusiasts -- over 700 strong who love to share a pint together. This is a group for anyone who loves Downtown Indianapolis, Local Beers, Craft Cocktails and of course, Loughmiller's Pub! Join us once a month to sample and discuss all that Loughmiller's has to offer. There will be food samplings, beer tastings, tapping parties, craft cocktail tastings and live entertainment.

Note: It doesn't really matter where you live, if you work downtown or just enjoy coming here, anyone is welcome to join - just keep in mind that everything this group does is Downtown, or in walking distance (OTR, Newport, Mt. Adams). This is primarily a location based group,  not subject or interest. We're active, currently doing things 2-3 days per week.
